What do I need to run RackDraw?

A Mac. RackDraw is distributed as a macOS application.

What format are projects saved in?

Projects save as .rackdraw files. You can reopen them and access recent projects from within the app.

How do I export or share a drawing?

RackDraw exports rack elevations to PDF for sharing and printing. Exchange is via PDF out and .rackdraw project files.

Can I add equipment that isn't in the library?

Yes. You can create your own equipment definitions and import/export libraries to share them between installations, on top of the 294 built-in items.

How does front/rear mounting work?

Each rack U can hold equipment on the front rail, rear rail, or both. A side-profile clearance view flags front/rear depth conflicts.

Where can I find privacy information?
