Applications distributed through the Apple App Store are licensed, not sold, to you and are subject to the applicable end user license agreement. Unless we provide a separate custom license, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to those applications.

Intellectual Property

Our Services, including all associated software, trademarks, and content we provide, are owned by Eggen Technologies or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
